Carl has spent his career working on a broad range of strategy, operational management and regulatory issues, mainly within the Telecommunications sector. This work has focused on the analysis and investigation of client issues and the development and delivery of effective implementation programmes. Carl has worked extensively across the world including assignments for Operators and Governments in Western and Central Europe, USA, New Zealand, Peru, Thailand, the Middle East and Japan.

Adrian has spent 22 years working in media. With a background in broadcast technology projects and service delivery he led the BBC team that rolled out the technology for digital TV and went on to later deliver the Freeview platform. As Managing Director of BBC Technology he was responsible for the service delivery of all the BBC's IT, internet and broadcast technology. Following BBC Technology's acquisition by Siemens Business Services, Adrian took on the role of Solutions Director for Great Britain and Ireland and successfully transformed the Solutions business to focus on Media, Public Sector and Financial Services markets.

Peter comes to The Crook Partnership with a wealth of experience in dealing with the human and political dynamics of change at Non-Executive through Board, to Departmental Manager level in multinational corporations. Peter is widely recognised in industry as one of the leading practitioners in business transformation. Prior to joining The Crook Partnership, Peter was a retired Senior partner of PWC’s Strategic Change Practice where he helped boards and senior managers develop and implement company wide business transformation programmes, many of which had significant IT components.

Philip is an experienced and successful senior executive and CIO. Before founding The Crook Partnership he has been CIO of the BBC and Asda and prior to that was Director of IT Planning at the Midland Bank. He is able quickly to establish credibility at board level and brings an extensive understanding of the commercial application of technology in large organisations.

Vic has a wealth of international experience in senior leadership positions and client consulting over a 28 year career with IBM and its predecessors Coopers & Lybrand and PwC. As Managing Partner of C&L Consulting in the UK he led the practice to become the largest consulting business in the country. On the merger of PW and C&L in 1998 Vic became Managing Partner of the combined business across EMEA, where he held strategic and operational leadership of 15000 professionals. Vic is now working with top teams to help them exceed their organisational goals.

Brinley heads up the development of our CIO practice providing consulting support for IT executives leading organizational change and transformation from within large IT functions. As one of the co-founders of the IMPACT CIO programme and the IS Leaders Academy, and as facilitator of the FTSE 100 CIO panel, Brinley has deep insight into, and experience of, the vital and changing role of the CIO in organisations today. He is an experienced coach that has worked with CIO’s and their top teams across several industry sectors.

A Chartered Accountant, Nicola has significant experience of small business, gained in industry and whilst working closely with emerging businesses as a Senior Manager in PwC’s Business Services Group.She has also spent a number of years working in a technical environment, both in financial application training and information systems. Before joining The Crook Partnership, she ran her own consultancy, advising small business on strategy and implementation. Nicola still has a strong interest in human resources and in training.

Jeremy Wilkes is a professional international manager, who specialises in information technology. He has in-depth understanding of IT, the development of market-led IT strategies, and the application of IT to meet business goals and is skilled in the creation and leadership of multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams and in motivating and developing those teams to deliver organisation-wide change.

Naomi has 12 years “Big 5” consulting experience leading finance/change projects across Europe, the US and Asia Pac. She has directed major change projects in Technology implementations, Shared Service Centre design & implementation, Cost Reduction and Finance Transformation, across the Technology, Media & Consumer Goods sectors. She is also a qualified accountant and had held operational finance director roles with significant P/L responsibility leading large teams.

Nicky is an experienced business and process strategy and implementation consutant with a broad base of experience gained from working with Chief Executives, board members, senior managers and their teams in both the public and the private sector. Her public sector experience ranges from major departments such as MAFF and the NHS through to the various County Councils. Prior to joining The Crook Partnership, Nicky was a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Martin is a highly experienced logistician with a broad career base of leading major transformational projects, both at board level and as a consultant. He has developed and implemented large scale change programmes at Booker and Sainsbury’s gaining unparalleled insight and experience of the challenges, processes and politics involved. Prior to that he was a Principal in Coopers & Lybrand’s global supply chain practice supporting fast moving cosumer goods businesses.
An acknowledged industry leader, Martin co-chairs the GCI’s (Global Commerce Initiative) scorecard group, a key FMCG industry group driving for improved supplier – retailer collaboration across the supply chain.

Sarah is an experienced strategy and process consultant, with particular expertise in developing commercial strategies that unlock the potential of new technology. She has a background in both consultancy and operational management, leading major projects varying from the launch of new businesses to significant cost reduction assignments. She also has strong experience in the issues surrounding corporate structure and performance management. Sarah has worked across a broad range of industries, both private and ex-public sector, with particular focus on the media sector. Prior to joining The Crook Partnership, Sarah was operations director for the digital music business of a major UK media organisation.

Alison is a successful consultant and Programme Director with an excellent track record of helping organisations deliver change. She has worked in the private sector and with a number of public sector and ex-public sector organisations undergoing change in industries as diverse as defence, finance, telecomms, computing and energy. She is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining The Crook Partnership, she was a Principal with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Harriet has 10 years line marketing experience. She began her career with Sealink, subsequently moving into the FMCG sector with RHM foods and lastly as Head of Marketing for Homepride Foods. Harriet has also 10 years consulting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she specialised in consumer and customer strategy and process improvement.

Our Office Manager and PA, Maureen has a degree in Film and Broadcasting Media and joined us after roles with a sales and marketing company and an IT organization. She now has the challenging role of keeping track of the team and organizing our IT support.

Murray is an accomplished technology and process consultant with an excellent record in delivering major change programmes.
He has helped several large organisations to transform their IT functions following mergers, acquisitions and to support step changes in technology investment.
He has also run successful process transformation projects, where technology has been used to underpin significant improvements in operational performance.
He has worked across a broad range of industries including Media, Telecoms, Air Transport and Leisure.
Prior to joining The Crook Partnership, Murray ran his own consultancy business for ten years and before that was a Principal with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
